using iPS cells to study disease initiation is a  good model, especially for those cells hard to get in vivo.I think they probably already working on it, iPS cells like MD,Alzheimer,diabetes already been made before. the only issue here I want to address is the control should be normal ES cells not normal iPS cells.

I want to live forever, I want to touch the sky... I meant it more as a disease model, but if anyone wants to write to the ethics board to turn everyone's telomerases back to their embryonic length, feel free! :)
